After six invigorating years in the industry and enriching my knowledge with a Sport and Exercise Science degree from Leeds Beckett University, I’ve shaped my life around the power of physical health. I am a certified Level 3 personal trainer and Level 2 gym instructor, with a deep dive into the mechanics of strength, nutrition, and the mental game that accompanies a fit lifestyle. Away from the weights and workout plans, I enjoy indoor rock climbing/bouldering and watching, as well as playing football. These passions, combined with a six-month adventure through Vietnam and Thailand, have broadened my horizons, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences that I draw upon in my coaching. Settled in Sydney, Australia, my life is a blend of assisting others in their fitness journeys and pursuing my own adventures.
